With over 16 years experience as a broker, I’ve been buying and selling real estate for years. I started my own real estate and mortgage company from scratch during a time when men primarily dominated this field.
What I’m most passionate and proud of today is helping women take ownership of their buying power, by equipping them with creative real estate investment strategies, so they feel safe, confident, and capable of investing today for greater financial and emotional security in the future.
Women’s homeownership rate at the time of this writing is about 61%. Even more exciting-single women comprise 19% of overall first time homebuyers and 17% of repeat homebuyers.
For the first time in history, we’re changing the landscape of home ownership and bankers, credit unions, real estate agents, and mortgage lenders are taking notice. We have more buying power today than we know and it’s time to take advantage of the rewards of owning real estate.
